Q: What is Return Policy?

A: We will gladly accept return in brand new condition. All shoes purchased from can only be returned in brand new condition with original box and all applicable accessories (ex. retro card, original shoe laces, etc.) The return must be requested 14 days from the day the shoes are delivered to our customers. Returns and exchanges back to must be posted marked within 14 days your request has been approved.

*Defective shoes must be mailed back to Manufacturers (example: Nike, Adidas) in exchange a gift certificate at the shoes' suggested retail price value. We can only guarantee that the shoes purchased from are authentic and in brand new condition, no exceptions. We can not guarantee the condition of the shoe box. For collectors or as a gift, please add a note onthe note line when placing the order for us to pick the best shoe box. A: All shoe sizes on are in US Men's sizes unless stated as US WMNS (women's) or Kids.

Shipping Privacy

If you are ordering for the first time with your billing address must match your shipping address or your transaction will be denied. All orders placed will ship to your billing address only. After 60days you can change your shipping address.

Shipping Information.

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow three (3) to six (6) business days for delivery of in-stock items. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days.

We do accept international country orders and we accept order for the other state of United States.

Returns & Exchanges.

All returns & exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the date the package was delivered. For return/exchange, shoes must be in brand new condition as received, with the original box they came with without any tape or marks on the shoe box. If the shoes are defective after being worn, then please contact the manufacturer to get a replacement.

Please submit your return request by email to support@www.sneakerpicker.comwith the information requested below by simply copying and pasting the info requested and include them in the email you are sending and we will send you the details on how to send the shoes back for refund or exchange, usually within 24 Hours after your email is received.

Returns and exchanges packages sending back to must be post marked within 14 days from when your request has been approved. It will take 5-10 business days to process all returns and exchanges. If the return/exchange isn't returned within the a lotted time, we will not be able to process your return/exchange and will send a money request for shipping fee to ship the package back.


Buyer pays for shipping back to in original condition & packaging. After inspection we will credit your PayPal account in the amount the buyer paid for the shoes less standard shipping& handling fee. For all free shipping items.

Due to fluctuations in International currency exchange rate, international customers will receive refunds at the rate at the time of refund. receives payments in USD at the time of purchase and refund in USD at the time of refund. All currency conversions are done by Paypal or Money order.


Buyer is responsible for shipping item backto with a $10 money order (do not send check). If you are sending more than 1 item back for exchange, then it will be $10 for the first item and $5 for each additional item. The shipping fee will be used to ship the exchanged item(s)back to the buyer. Returns and exchanges back to must be posted marked within 14 days your request has been approved.
